This notice does not govern the Catalog ProSuite application. Use of that product is covered by the Catalog ProSuite Privacy Notice and related product terms.
Information we collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, company, role, telephone number, message content, service interests, and any other information you choose to provide when you contact us or request information.
Website and device information. If you permit analytics, we may collect page views, referring pages, browser and device characteristics, approximate location derived from IP address, performance measurements, errors, interaction data, and similar diagnostics. If you permit marketing technologies, advertising providers may collect page visits, campaign identifiers, browser or device identifiers, and interactions used for campaign measurement and advertising.
Information from other sources. We may receive business contact information from referrals, public professional sources, service providers, and business partners, as permitted by law.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use browser storage, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Necessary technologies support theme and privacy preferences, security, and site delivery. Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain disabled unless you consent. See our Cookie Notice for categories, providers, typical identifiers, and controls.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our websites and technology.
- Respond to inquiries and communicate about Catalog ProSuite or professional services.
- Measure website performance and understand aggregate usage when analytics consent is provided.
- Measure campaigns and support advertising when marketing consent is provided.
- Protect our rights, prevent misuse, comply with law, and maintain business records.
Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to hosting, security, observability, analytics, advertising, communications, and professional service providers that process information for us or under their own applicable terms. When configured and consented, these providers may include Grafana Labs, Google, Meta, and Reddit. We may also disclose information in a business transaction, to protect rights and safety, or when required by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may define disclosures for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising. You can opt out by rejecting marketing technologies or reopening Cookie settings. We also honor browser Global Privacy Control signals by disabling marketing technologies.
International data transfers
Stormforth and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are supported by recognized safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and legal records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and protecting our systems. Retention depends on the type of information, sensitivity, legal requirements, and operational need. Consent preferences are generally retained for up to six months before we ask again.
Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. You may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. These rights may be subject to verification, exceptions, and legal limits.
